Made order on cash on delivery basis. We called him and got confirmation from him that we should send the order. We also informed that once you confirmed the we would pack and send the product to his address after that he cannot cancel the order because it takes time and money to get the order ready and dispatched to customers address. If customer do not need the order then they should cancel it when we call to get their confirmation that we pack and handover the product to delivery company.
