Where to buy Electronic Components Online

When coming to buy electronic components, people always need to spend a lot of time at sourcin, finding the best distributor by searching on the internet as there’s a bunch of places to buy electronic components. Some people enjoy doing it, but for those who don’t, I give you my suggestion.

LCSC

Recently, I purchased some parts from LCSC.com. It is the same company as EasyEDA and they will ship the parts for free with your PCB order at JLCPCB. It is not as large as Mouser and Digikey, but cheap on a lot of stuff. They provide electronic components at very decent price and quality. For example, the MAX6675ISA+T bought from LCSC is $2.51, but $17.2 from Mouser. The micro USB Female is $0.06 from LCSC, 0.46 from Digikey. If you are a hobbyist just like me doing the full set things by yourself, LCSC is a good choice for you. Of course you can visit some other hobby-oriented and user friendly electronic parts stores. Like:
Tayda– https://www.taydaelectronics.com/
Bitsbox– https://www.bitsbox.co.uk/

Mouser/ DigiKey

Mouser and Digikey don’t compete on price, they compete on inventory. They have been my very longtime distributors of electronic parts for my business. They have a pretty complete inventory of products, even some hard to find ones. Shipping can be surprisingly quick if you are willing to pay for it. Of course, there are economical options offered for you. If you are going to build something complicated and don’t care about price, Mouser and Digikey can satisfy your need probably. But if not, the following electronic components online store may be your suitable choice.
Jameco Electronicswww.jameco.com
Farnell– www.farnell.com
RS Componentswww.rs-components.com
Arrow Electronics– www.arrow.com
4Starelectronics– www.4starelectronics.com
Avnet– www.avnet.com

Maker-oriented store

There are also some marker-oriented stores providing electronic modules, open source hardware and projects robotics for makers to produce their DIY projects. If you are a maker, those stores below can meet your needs.
Adafruit www.adafruit.com

Sparkfun — http://sparkfun.com/
