- All Orders will be dispatched normally within 3 days of receipt of payment
provided all Items Ordered are in stock.
- If an Item is not in stock customer can wait until it becomes available
or cancel the order.
- If customer chooses to cancel the order total amount except the bank service
charge will be refunded (see “Refund of Money” section).
- Orders will be dispatched by Trackon Couriers or Indian Speed Post depending
on the availability of service in destination area. Our choice will be final
for selecting courier service.
- We are not responsible for any delays because of Courier Service
- In case of loss or damage of consignment during transport
- A Consignment will be considered LOST only if it is
not delivered to destination 25 days after its dispatch.
- NO action will be taken from our side before 25 days of dispatch of consignment.
- No replacement will be provided only money will be
- We will refund 100% of Invoice amount including the shipping charge
and any other extra charges customer paid to us.
- If the received products do not work in expected manner or has any defects/damages
please contact our office within 7 days of receipt of package.
- Customer shall have to send the defective products to our office by courier
or Indian Speed Post.
- Customer has to bear the cost of such shipments.
- A fresh replacement will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of defective
products. Provided the products are available in ready stock.(See #2,#3).
- Only certain products come with a 3 months (90 days) replacement
warranty. Please refer to individual product pages for more information.
- To qualify for replacement or refund the PCB must be in untouched condition.
It means that the user should NOT try to rework (solder or desolder) any components
in the PCB. Only a slight sign of hacking is enough to disqualify
for refund or replacement.
- No request regarding replacement/refund shall be entertained after 90 days
- Electronic Components(like ICs, LCDs, LED displays, Motors etc)
comes with absolutely no warrantee at all. Please try to understand
that these things can be damaged even by a very small carelessness. Also it
cannot be proved by any means that the user is following the right way to
use a device. By that we mean it cannot be proved that whether the components
are defective or procedure and setup used by user has the fault. These device
are meant to be used by qualified and experienced engineers having skills
and solid knowledge of programming and digital electronics. If these devices
are used by hobbyist they tend to make silly mistakes and 99% times its their
fault that a complicated piece of electronics don't work as expected and is
sometimes destroyed at all.
- However we ensure that the product are 100% brand new and well packed
for safe delivery to your door steps. If the items develop physical
damages during transport. We can refund or replace the product without any
question. See point number 8 and 9.
Refund of Money
- Customer can also chose to get money refund in place of replacement, for
that customer shall have to provide a Bank account where we will transfer
the refund amount.
- We will refund the amount equivalent to the price of defective products
only. That means the shipping charge or any other charge that was collected
by the customer will not be refunded.
- All Refund will be made by NEFT(National Electronic Fund Transfer) ONLY
no other mode of refund is possible.
- All Disputes are subjected to Jamshedpur Jurisdiction only.
