RTC: Real Time Clock and Calander.

EEPROM: Elecrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory.

ADC: Analog to digital converter.

LED: Light emitting diode. Small electronic component used to emit a small amount of light on application of electrical current. Generally used for indication purpose.
