About "Getting Support"

Over years I have seen many people just call up and say "It’s NOT working"

This is the crudest way an engineer is expected to get help !

Please keep in mind that solving engineering problems requires many input data from your side. These may include.

• Details of your setup i.e. how you made the circuits, what parts you are using, including type of power supply, your PC OS and configuration.
• Detailed software setup on your PC, like name and version of software you are using.
• Screen shot of how you configured various settings in your software.
• High quality images of your hardware setup.

And we need to organise all these information in a proper way. That could not be done over a phone call or email. So you are requested to post a topic in our online discussion forum.

• Give details of your setup.
• Give clear details of the problem with images and screenshots if possible.
• We cannot help those people who don't have the basic knowledge of what they are doing.
